Jon Dunn31/10/2022We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen from the gang at VR! From Aaron and his great designs and planning, you made us feel at ease and very excited about this process! To Susanne and Ivor in the office always a phone call away giving such lovely customer service especially on oven delivery day! To Rob coming to fit our tap and deliver our oven to to ensure we had it in time for Christmas, along with the wonderful and very Jolly Phil who delivered our whole kitchen with a smile on his face the whole way through ( even with the extra heavy things)…to the awesome Shaun cutting, fitting and putting our very beautiful kitchen together. You guys have been utterly wonderful! We would recommend you to family and friends in a heartbeat! Definitely worth every penny.Colin Cornfield10/03/2022Having had a substandard experience with a couple of other kitchen companies, my wife and I were very quickly delighted with the way we were treated from the outset (and through the whole process) by Arran at Victoria Robert. He listened to our primary requirements and added some ideas of his own, showed us the proposed design very clearly on the screen, the price was better than others, so we were very happy to proceed. Work started 3 months later with a great team stripping out, doing first and second fixes and fitting the new cabinets, sinks and appliances. Quartz worktops were templated and then installed and we are delighted with the end product (one appliance still to arrive but not VR's fault). We would have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Robert.Daniel West04/11/2021We have had a fantastic experience with VR from start to finish. VR also put us in touch with a range of reliable, competent and friendly tradesmen to complete building work, plumbing, electrics and plastering - led by Matt. The quality of the kitchen fitting (Shaun) is second to none. Any small issues were quickly resolved. We are delighted with our new kitchen diner. Big thanks to all involved. The advice and service from Arron who designed the perfect kitchen along with Matt who organised all rip out and first fit was exemplary with everyone coming when they said they would, through to Jon who skilfully fitted the new kitchen with a level of pride and attention to detail that was a joy to watch. In fact everyone that came showed a level of pride that made me realise that I had made the right decision to choose Victoria Robert and top it off they are very competitively priced to. Anyone looking for a new kitchen, I would highly recommend talking to Victoria Robert, the advice and service is first class and there's no pressure selling.M Sharda16/10/2019Absolutely fantastic service from Rob and team at Victoria Robert. We visited the usual places (Wren, Magnet, Wickes) and came across VR online, and we are so glad we did. The showroom experience was really relaxed, Rob took our requirements and we came back the following week to look at the beautiful designs. Rob helped us work towards our dream kitchen, without breaking the bank, and we agreed a start date. He even let us take some of the samples out for a few days so we could decide tiles etc. Unfortunately our building works were delayed so we had to push our start date back - Rob was understanding and did his best to accommodate us. Delivery of the kitchen was a breeze, and the chap (forgot his name, Phil i think?) so polite and friendly! Jay the fitter is an honest and trustworthy chap - even when we decided to add a few bits and bobs, he worked with us (rather than throw toys out of the pram). If we weren’t happy with something, he listened and helped. We are DELIGHTED with the end result, and highly recommend Victoria Roberts for anyone looking to purchase their dream kitchen!Geoffrey Cowburn15/08/2019A professional, knowledgeable and helpful outfit both in the showroom where their advice was extremely helpful and thorough and also at the kitchen fitting stage when all of the tradesmen involved showed care, skill and understanding as well as completing the job in an efficient and timely manner. Went into Victoria and Roberts Showroom where Robert and Vicky were very welcoming. We discussed Kitchen colours and designs. Robert came to our house, took photos, listened to what I would like from a kitchen. I didn’t think it was possible to have a breakfast bar, but Robert has created my dream Kitchen … the colour is AMAZING.
Jay the kitchen fitter, absolutely fantastic, very tidy and a perfectionist at his job. Anyone having Jay fit their kitchen, he drinks decaf coffee and he’s worth 20 jars!
We have a hide and slide oven door, sliding bins in a cupboard – one for recycling and the other for general waste, a curved drinks cupboard, cutlery draw is massive.
Please check Victoria Roberts’ showroom before you go anywhere else. Fantastic price, and workmanship 5 star. Robert was only a phone call away if needed. No job to big or small.

From the start, Rob listens to what you want, asks sensible questions and was extremely patient with my many revisions! We worked together to come up with the perfect design.
The fitting has been completed to a VERY high standard, and nothing was too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted and cannot recommend them highly enough“.
